These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, pre-orders, and use of our website www.plantrush.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by Grape Healthcare Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

We design and produce high-quality bamboo, cotton, and performance apparel.
All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible; however, small variations in colour, fabric texture, or fit may occur due to screen settings and production differences.

2. Pre-Orders

• Pre-order purchases are offered at 30% off in exchange for a longer lead time.

• Pre-order items are not refundable, but you may request an exchange or store credit once your item arrives.

• Estimated delivery windows are provided but not guaranteed.

• If we fail to deliver within the stated window, you are entitled to a full refund.

• If you wish to change a pre-order before dispatch, contact info@plantrush.co.uk — changes may be accepted at our discretion.

 

3. Regular Orders

• For in-stock items, we aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.

• UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class (1–3 working days).

• International orders ship via Parcelforce (5–10 working days).

• Delivery times are estimates only; delays outside our control (customs, weather, strikes) do not constitute grounds for cancellation.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

• You may return full-price items within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Sale or discounted items (including pre-orders) are eligible only for store credit if successfully returned.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

• To initiate a return, visit our returns section of our website.

 

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT (where applicable).

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

• Payments are processed securely through approved gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

• We do not store full card details.

 

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international customers:

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our prices.

• These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

• We cannot refund orders refused due to unpaid duties or items lost in customs return transit.

 

7. Gift Cards & Store Credit

• Store credit and digital gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Credits expire 12 months from issue date. 

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including images, logos, designs, text, and trademarks — is the property of Grape Healthcare Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark law.
Reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited without written consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profit, opportunity, or data

• Delays or damages caused by events beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us.
We comply with UK GDPR and collect only the data necessary to process orders and improve service.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Only one promotion code may be used per order.

• Codes cannot be applied retroactively or combined with pre-order pricing.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.

 

12. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund if out of stock; after inspection.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the UK courts, unless otherwise required by law.
